Mr. Duggal (CEO – HZL and CEO – Base Metals) is additionally serving as Vice Chairman-International Zinc Association; President – Indian Lead Zinc Development Association; Co-Chair-CII National Committee on Mining; Co-Chair – FICCI Non-Ferrous Metals Committee and President – Federation of Indian Mineral Industries (FIMI). Recently, he has been appointed as Chairman of the Skill Council for Mining Sector, India

He is actively participating in various workshops and conferences which are leading towards development of sustainable mining in India.
